Associate Vice Chancellor

The Associate Vice Chancellor for ECU Health Financial Management and Reporting is responsible for overall financial health and leadership within Brody School of Medicine and ECU Health Physicians, both are components of ECU Health. Serves as the principal business and financial officer.

• Financial Accounting
  • Responsible for general ledger and cost accounting functions for multiple funding sources.
• Budget and Contracts
  • ECU Health operations budgets, including periodic review and analysis of spending versus budget.
  • Division-level approval of personnel actions for all BSOM operations funded position.
  • Salary Recovery Program administration/Salary Recovery Expenditure requests
• Depositary Services
  • Responsible for the cash management and internal controls surrounding all cash items.
  • Credit card payments processed and reported daily.
  • Issuance of cash payments to research participants.
• Foundation Services
  • Provide accounting and financial management support services to the ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation.
