ECU Health Budget & Contract Services Office

The ECU Health Budget and Contract Services Office is responsible for the administration & oversight of all BSOM budget and medical service contracts.

The budget office does periodic review and analysis of spending versus budget and compiles departmental ECUP budgets for the ECU Physicians Board. Personnel budgeting is also part of the ECU Health Budget office.  All BSOM EHRA, CSS, and SHRA positions are approved at the division level by the budget office, maintaining the integrity of the position budgets within the Position Management System. The position budgets are maintained and reconciled with Banner Finance.  This office also administers the Salary Recovery Program.

The Division Contract Office oversees the approval process for all new contracts and contract renewals. The Division Contracts Office is responsible for the management and complete accounting cycle for all division Contracts.  The Division Contracts office oversee the administration and reporting of the BSOM and Dental Clinical Contract Receivable funds.
