Administration and Finance, consists of the following units: Financial Accounting, Budget and Contracts, Depositary Services and ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation Services.

• Financial Accounting
  • Responsible for general ledger and cost accounting functions for the Division of Health Sciences across multiple funding sources.
  • Provide accounting and financial management support services to the ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation.

• Budget and Contracts
  • ECU Health operations budgets, including periodic review and analysis of spending versus budget.
  • Division-level approval of personnel actions for all BSOM operations funded position.
  • Salary Recovery Program administration/Salary Recovery Expenditure requests
• Depositary Services
  • Responsible for the cash management and internal controls surrounding all cash items.
  • Credit card payments processed and reported daily.
  • Issuance of cash payments to research participants.
• Foundation Services
  • Provide accounting and financial management support services to the ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation.
