Administration and Finance, consists of the following units: Financial Accounting, Budget and Contracts, Depositary Services and ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation Services.
- Financial Accounting
- Responsible for general ledger and cost accounting functions for the Division of Health Sciences across multiple funding sources.
- Provide accounting and financial management support services to the ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation.
- Budget and Contracts
- ECU Health operations budgets, including periodic review and analysis of spending versus budget.
- Division-level approval of personnel actions for all BSOM operations funded position.
- Salary Recovery Program administration/Salary Recovery Expenditure requests
- Depositary Services
- Responsible for the cash management and internal controls surrounding all cash items.
- Credit card payments processed and reported daily.
- Issuance of cash payments to research participants.
- Foundation Services
- Provide accounting and financial management support services to the ECU Medical & Health Sciences Foundation.
